| Responsibilities: |
 |
Responsible for the generation of new business in San Francisco, Bay Area.
|
|
Selling professional IT consulting services and solutions in Financial, Gaming, Healthcare, Consumer Products and Goods/Retail or High Tech Industries. |
|
Determine solutions and services that will be valuable to the customers. |
|
To meet or exceed revenue targets, selling our portfolio of solutions and services. |
|
To develop and close new business opportunities and create own pipeline by cold calling. |
|
Find ways to cross-sell and up-sell in the existing accounts |
|
Create and manage relationships with customers at all levels within complex accounts. |
|
To comfortably deal with ROI issues within the sales cycle. |
|
To plan and forecast revenue and resources required for each account. |
|
Improve customer performance and maintain high levels of satisfaction. |
|
Present the proposals to the customer and follow-up to close deals. |
|
Generate Revenue of $1m - $2m per year . |

| Data Warehouse Architect |

| Responsibilities: |
|
Analyze business requirements to determine feasibility and produce design specifications.
|
|
Defining and driving an optimal data architecture that efficiently and effectively presents an integrated view of enterprise data especially for analytic purposes. |
|
Balancing the needs of "ease of use", query performance, and maintainability, as well as helping to resolve issues with data quality and data ownership. |
|
Developing and implemen ting Data Management standards, including (but not limited to) naming conventions, data modeling standards, metadata standards; and provide input into ETL standards and design reviews. |
|
Work with clients, business analysts and technical staff to design, develop and enhance data warehouse models, business intelligence solutions, scripts, procedures and metadata for relational databases. |
|
| Experience : |
|
Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills as well as excellent communication (written and oral), job flexibility and prior consulting experience. |
|
3+ years of experience as a Data Warehouse Data Architect/Data Modeler. |
|
5+ years of experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server etc). |
|
Working knowledge of ETL design and implementation using standard industry tools. |
|
Expertise in SQL and proficiency in database tuning/optimization techniques is a plus
Proven experience with various data administration functions is preferred. |
|
Proven experience with using ERwin for developing and managing models is preferred
Experience on multiple data warehouse projects utilizing star and snowflake schemas. |
|
Expert at database design (logical, physical, conceptual) for data warehousing environments. |
|
Proficient with a variety of ETL & OLAP tools (Cognos, Business Objects, Informatica etc.) |
|
Proven experience with multiple data warehousing methodologies and modeling techniques, such as relational and dimensional. |
